Welcome to Bobpara.com. This Site is owned and operated by Bob Para Dynamic Enterprises., LLC (“Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms′′) govern your use of our Site hereafter referred to as “the Site”, Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant Program, and related courses, materials, and websites (collectively, the “Program”.) These Terms include but are not limited to, information about usage, licensing, our program services, and intellectual property. Please read these Terms carefully. Program Participation Payments
You agree to pay Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant an initial deposit for participation in the program (“Program Deposit”.) By paying the Program Deposit, or continuing to use this site, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You further agree to pay Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant the total amount listed for participation in the Program. The Program Tuition is the amount you and Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant agreed upon for participation in the Program. You must pay Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant the full Program Tuition to be eligible to attend the Program. If you fail to make any payment or payments to Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant by the agreed date, Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant reserves the right to suspend your ability to receive products and services related to the Program. Any suspension does not relieve you of your obligation to pay Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant the full Program Tuition. Any failure of Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant to suspend your ability to receive products and services does not serve as a waiver of the right to suspend.

In our programs, we help you identify your goals and create a plan to achieve them through coaching calls and specially curated assignments. We provide guidance, support, and accountability. Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant helps you reach your full potential in all areas.
Intellectual Property Rights
Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist and Consultant trademarks, trade names, logos, program materials, services and information related to the program, and other intellectual property incorporated into the Site are the sole property of Bob Para Dynamic Enterprises, LLC, or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Copying or distributing any material, illustrations, photographs, video, or content from the Site without consent is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any use that constitutes an infringement of any of the above-stated intellectual property rights is prohibited. We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to remove any content or take any steps deemed appropriate to protect such rights. It shall be a violation of the Terms for any customer, member, website, or affiliate to do so. Violation of these Terms can, at Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist and Consultant's sole and absolute discretion, result in account termination and/or restriction of access rights toBobpara.com. Failure of Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant to terminate or restrict the access rights of an individual does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so at any time, with no notice.

bobpara.com allows its users to post, upload, or comment on content on the Site. This user- generated content includes, but is not limited to reviews, comments, and pictures. By posting on the Site, you grant Bob Para Dynamic Enterprises, LLC, a perpetual, nonexclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to any and all of the user content you post. You acknowledge that you are the sole owner of any copyrights and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third parties. You agree to be fully responsible for any content you post on the Site.
User reviews, comments, pictures, and ideas posted on the Site may be used to improveBobpara.com. Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant may use any and all content posted by you for any and all promotional and/or educational purposes. By submitting user content, you give permission to store and use such content to improve our services.
Bob Para Dynamic Enterprises, LLC, may monitor any user’s content posted to the Site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove, terminate, or prohibit users from accessing the Site for any reason or no reason with or without notice.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered on an individual basis, determined by our team's discretion, focusing on the client's commitment and utilization of our services. Clients seeking a refund must prove active engagement and substantial use of the provided services and resources. Our team will evaluate the client's efforts and achievements in deciding refund eligibility.

Early Termination Conditions
​
Clients desiring to terminate their contract early must submit their request in writing. Our governing board will deliberate on each termination request, ensuring a balanced and just resolution for all involved. The board will evaluate the client's participation level, termination rationale, and other pertinent details before reaching a conclusion.

Payment Terms Upon Early Termination
In cases of unlawful early termination by the client, the following payment terms apply:
- Clients will not be eligible for any discounted rates initially agreed upon for the full term.
- If a client commits to a specific term (e.g., 12 months) and opts to terminate the contract prematurely without just cause, they will be liable to pay the full, non-discounted price for the duration of their engagement up to the point of termination.
For example, a client agreeing to a 12-month discounted rate but choosing to cancel after three months will be required to pay the full monthly rate for the three months, without benefiting from the long-term discount.

Limitation of Liability

Consent to Recording
You agree that Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant may capture, record, distribute, reproduce, publish, or otherwise use your voice or image. Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant may use your participation in the program for all participation, marketing, or educational purposes.
Relationship of Parties
You acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or employment relationship between you and Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bob Para Dynamic Enterprises, LLC,, its directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, agents, subsidiaries, assignors, and licensors from and against any lawsuits, disputes, claims, proceedings, demands, costs, or expenses related to or stemming from any use of the Site or your breach of these Terms and any other policies incorporated into this agreement.
Choice of Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of The Site are governed by and construed according to the law of the state of Texas. Each party agrees to submit to the courts of the state of Texas and that the state of Texas has personal jurisdiction over the matter.
Force Majeure
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, terrorist acts, shortage of supply, breakdowns or malfunctions, interruptions or malfunctions of technology, loss of data due to power failure or mechanical difficulties, labor difficulties, riots, war, pandemic, epidemic, civil unrest, or other similar cause.
Dispute Resolution
We believe that it is beneficial to all parties to quickly resolve any potential disputes as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. In line with this belief, you agree that any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be handled and resolved according to the provisions of these Terms, unless otherwise explicitly stated. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any such issues informally. If informal attempts fail, you agree to submit any claim, dispute, or controversy to binding arbitration.
The arbitration will be held before the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA”) with the appointment of a single arbiter. The AAA rules and procedures governing civil proceedings shall apply. The Arbitration
shall be held near the principal place of business of Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant. Any arbitration award shall be final, binding, and non-appealable.
YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL YOU MAY HAVE IN ANY AND ALL JUDICIAL PROCEDURES AND PROCEEDINGS RELATED TO ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE UNDER THESE TERMS.
ALL PARTIES WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS TO PRESENT CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT.
Severability
If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, void, or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain unaffected and will not be considered unenforceable, void, or invalid. They will maintain the full force of law to the extent possible.

Consent to Recording
You agree that Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant may capture, record, distribute, reproduce, publish, or otherwise use your voice or image. Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant may use your participation in the program for all participation, marketing, or educational purposes.
Relationship of Parties
You acknowledge that nothing in this Agreement shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or employment relationship between you and Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bob Para Dynamic Enterprises, LLC, its directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, agents, subsidiaries, assignors, and licensors from and against any lawsuits, disputes, claims, proceedings, demands, costs, or expenses related to or stemming from any use of the Site or your breach of these Terms and any other.
