In the first module, you’ll learn the foundations of a successful business and how to build your business from the ground up including, registration, taxes, and licensing.

Module two is designed to ensure you have the legalities of your business covered. Learn how to use confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-compete agreements as well as waivers. Understand how to hire a lawyer, why you should, and what to consider. Setting your business up properly from the beginning could save you from issues down the road.

In Module three, you learn the importance of finances in your business, and how to successfully plan and manage your finances. Specifically, you’ll discover:

 

  • How to hire a CPA, why you should, and what to consider.

  • Financial documentation useful for your business.

  • How to utilize capital and savings to start your business, and what kind of startup costs should be considered.
